Artisan Chocolate Giveaway

DerryChurchChocolates_Giveaway

This is going to make someone’s day.  Enter to win a 15-piece collection ($29 value) of Derry Church Artisan Chocolates (you’ll hear more about them later in the week).

These aren’t your ordinary, everyday chocolates.  I love how they describe them on their website:

Our luxury French bons bons are painstakingly produced by human beings, NOT machines, available only in limited quantities, and packaged in beautiful, hand-made paper boxes, so that when you present them to your loved ones, clients and guests, it will be quite obvious that you took great care and pride in selecting an exquisite and unique gift for them…not just some nefarious piece of mass-produced candy you picked up at the mall or drug-store!

Is your mouth watering yet?  Well, get cracking to enter to win.

In order to win, you must:

  • be a resident of the US.
  • visit the chocolates page of the Derry Church Artisan Chocolates website and let me know which chocolate(s) you want to taste-test by leaving a comment (below) on this post.
  • to receive 1 extra entry, use the “Share/Save” button below – or other bookmarking tool – to share the giveaway on your favorite site. HiP’s favorites are Facebook, Twitter, and Stumble Upon.

This giveaway ends Friday, January 15 at noon EDT. The winner will be chosen at random and notified by email on Monday, January 18.

12 Beth { 01.11.10 at 4:00 pm }

27 Kathleen { 01.11.10 at 9:06 pm }

What a clever way of naming the chocolates, after cities. The Mumbai sounds really interesting. I’ve never had curry with chocolate, so I’d like to try that.

28 Kathleen { 01.11.10 at 9:07 pm }
29 Becky { 01.11.10 at 9:13 pm }

My 1st pick would be Mumbai…the whole curry chocolate thing sound like the perfect blending.

I would then have to pick Cairo and San Fran as follow-ups.

60 Sue { 01.14.10 at 12:41 pm }

Veracruz and New York, both sound yummy! As well as a whole lot of the others.

61 Brenda Wiseman { 01.14.10 at 1:16 pm }

Oh my, oh my, oh my. Choices beyond belief. If I had to narrow things down, I’d have to put Derry Church first (can’t resist caramel) and then Lyon — dark chocolate truffles that I can imagine savoring for a long time per piece — tiny nibbles giving you that burst of flavor.

Oh, for the moolah to order some of everything (lots of everything) except stuff with coconut — just can’t take it.

B.

Unfortunately, I have no blog, etc. I think maybe I ought to start one just for the purpose of passing on all of the wonderful giveaways that are showing up with an extra entry for passing the info on! Dibs on this idea, unless someone has beat me to it .

62 NancyB in Many LA { 01.14.10 at 1:48 pm }

Plymouth, New Orleans, London, they all look good!

63 Collen Bartell { 01.14.10 at 2:06 pm }

64 Sarah Stevens { 01.14.10 at 2:24 pm }

I’m sure I’d have to go through them one-by-one to determine a favorite. But in fairness, probably the first one would be their very own Derry Church. Here’s wishing me luck!

65 Rebeca { 01.14.10 at 2:26 pm }

Edinburgh.

With Mumbai a close second. (I love curry and chocolate. Mmmmm)

66 flyngmunky { 01.14.10 at 2:34 pm }
