I just printed a small edition of my linoleum print of the U.S. Here’s a way you can make your own linoleum print map!
What you’ll need:
1-4 linoleum speedball blocks (I used 4 to vary texture and positive/negative space)
Speedball linoleum cutter
Brayer
Block Ink
Paper
1. Trace or Draw the map of your choice (Being an illustrator I couldn’t ethically trace mine hence all the abnormalities)
2. Transfer your image to the linoleum block by filling the blank side with charcoal
3. Once your image is transferred cut away with your speedball cutting tools. Think about what space you want positive/negative.

4. Roll with ink and print away!
